An examination of the part of the evidence relative to cow-pox : which was delivered to the Committee of the House of Commons, by two of the surgeons of St. Thomas's Hospital ; with some remarks on inoculated small-pox / by W. R. Rogers.
A 1805 London pamphlet by surgeon W. R. Rogers disputing the cowpox evidence given to a House of Commons committee by two St. Thomas's Hospital surgeons, written for practitioners then arguing over vaccination against inoculated smallpox. The only plate is the Harvey Cushing/Yale medical library bookplate: a dense pen-drawn border of skulls, palm fronds, a caduceus and a lettered ribbon reading EX LIBRIS MEDICIS, with a facsimile signature, usable as a frame, cartouche or engraved-line border motif.
