Henry Lee's 1863 London lectures for surgeons and medical students on syphilitic and vaccination-related inoculation, published by John Churchill with hand-coloured plates. The plates isolate small round lesions on pale skin in tinted washes of yellow, pink and red, plus grey-toned anatomical dissections in fine line; useful for muted palettes, cropped body fragments and grids of small circular marks.
