A Welsh-language household herbal of 1862, printed by Humphreys in Caernarfon, translating Nicholas Culpeper's Complete Herbal and John Parkins's remedies for ordinary readers treating themselves with local plants. The plates group four hand-coloured plants to a page, each numbered and captioned in English, drawn in loose outline with flat green foliage and yellow, pink or white flowers against aged paper, useful as small botanical spot figures or as a numbered grid layout.
