Verhandelingen van het Bataviaasch Genootschap, van Kunsten en Wetenschappen. 13de. deel.
Volume 13 of the transactions of the Bataviaasch Genootschap van Kunsten en Wetenschappen, printed at the government press in Batavia in 1832, carrying medical reports on cholera in Java for a colonial learned society. The single plate is an engraved title page whose lines of display lettering each run in a different hand — shaded outline capitals, script, hatched slab forms — above two circular vignettes of a surveyor with instruments and a palm with grazing cattle.
