West coast bungalows.
A 1912 mail-order plan catalogue from E.W. Stillwell & Co. of Los Angeles, selling working drawings for small California bungalows to homebuilders and speculative builders. Each design pairs a halftone photograph of the finished house — deep porch, gabled roof, shingled or stucco walls, planted front yard — with a black-line floor plan lettered by hand and marked with room dimensions in feet and inches.
