Yachts and yachting : with over one hundred and ten illustrations
A late-Victorian illustrated survey of yachts and yachting issued by Cassell in New York in 1887, drawn by marine painter Frederic S. Cozzens for American sailing enthusiasts. The pen-and-ink plates show schooners, sloops and cutters under sail in profile, with rigging drawn line by line, small crew figures on deck and brief hatched waves — useful as clean nautical line silhouettes.
