Naples et son golfe
A French guide to the art and monuments of Naples and its gulf, written by Ernest Lémonon and published by H. Laurens in Paris in 1911 for travellers and students of Italian art. The plates are halftone photographs by Brogi and Alinari of Renaissance marble altars, tombs and narrative reliefs, useful for their carved architectural frames, niche figures, swag-and-putto friezes and crowded low-relief Nativity scenes.
