S.—You evidently did not use the proper materials. Spiritsand oil of turpentine are not the same and that is probably where you madethe mistake.… … SOUTHERN VINE—ALICE WITTE SLOAN PAINT leaves with Shading Green and Moss Green verythin. The darker leaves are Shading Green and Copen-hagen Blue. The blossoms are white, using a thin wash ofLemon Yellow toward center. The dark markings are Au-burn Brown.
