Marco Beneventano, Kopernik, Wapowski a najstarsza karta geograficzna Polski

1901 · nakładem Akademii Umiejętności;(Drukarnia Uniwersyttetu Jagiellońskiego) · 1 picture

A Polish academic monograph published in 1901 by the Akademia Umiejętności in Kraków, printed at the Jagiellonian University press, examining Marco Beneventano, Copernicus, Bernard Wapowski and the earliest printed map of Poland for historians of astronomy and cartography. The illustrations are letterpress tables of angular values with rule-divided columns and fine-line geometric diagrams of three axis coordinate systems with small labelled orbital ellipses, useful as tabular grid structures and sparse technical line figures.
