They were both attracted from the first and thecorrespondence which followed served to heighten friendship into love. They weremarried in a year from the time they met. … Mr. Wilcoxs business affairs took them to Meriden, Connecticut. This is the houseon Colony Street, where they spent the first three years of their married life. Thehouse is just as it was then except for the flags which decorated it for a celebration.
