Bousfield, issued by Routledge in London about 1900 for amateur microscopists. The plates crowd numbered specimens onto single sheets: insect wings and scales, plant cell walls, spiral vessels, diatoms, hairs and fibres, drawn in fine outline and stipple against blank grounds.
