The Household Helper and Catalogue of Florence Automatic Oil Stoves : Recipes & Practical Suggestions for the Home
A combined recipe booklet and trade catalogue issued about 1920 by the Canadian stove maker McClary's to sell Florence Automatic oil stoves to housekeepers. The plates are halftone product portraits of enamelled ranges on curved cast legs, shown three-quarter and frontally with burner grates, warming shelves, oven doors and side fuel reservoirs picked out in blue and gold, useful for appliance silhouettes, cast-iron scrollwork and period kitchen equipment.
