An architectural monographs on port towns of Penobscot Bay
An issue of the White Pine Series of Architectural Monographs, written by Charles Dana Loomis with editor Russell F. Whitehead and published in St. Paul in 1922 to supply architects and builders with measured records of New England colonial houses. Duotone photographs show clapboard facades, shuttered windows, fanlight doorways and shade trees, useful for period house silhouettes, doorway detail and soft green-black halftone texture.
