Central's book of homes
A 1920 house-plan catalogue issued by the Central Lumber Company of Reading, Pennsylvania, to sell lumber and stock designs to prospective home builders. The plates are line-drawn floor plans with heavy black walls, hatched porch piers, swing-arc doors, dimension lines and room labels set in small capitals, useful as diagram ornament, endpaper pattern or architectural lettering reference.
