The village homes of England;
A 1912 survey of English vernacular domestic architecture drawn and written by Sydney R. Jones and edited by Charles Holme for The Studio in London and New York, aimed at architects and readers of the art press. The 215 pen drawings show cottages, farmhouses, gables, tiled roofs and garden walls in dense crosshatched line, useful for rural building silhouettes and textured shading.
