A municipal planning report issued in 1913 by Newark's City Plan Commission and printed locally by L. J. Hardham for city officials and civic groups. The plates are line-drawn street maps in which proposed new streets and widenings are marked by hatching or solid grey blocks, with hand-lettered street names, north arrows, and river and park edges available as flat graphic pattern.
