Every boy's book of railways and steamships
A boys' technical miscellany on rail and marine transport by Ernest Protheroe, published in London by the Religious Tract Society in 1911 for young readers. The plates are halftone photographs of locomotives and liners, here a twin-funnelled steamship broadside at sea in coarse grey screen, useful for period vessel silhouettes and grainy monochrome backdrops.
