Het overvloeijend herte, of nagelatene verzen
A posthumous collection of Dutch mystical emblem verse by the Amsterdam etcher-poet Jan Luyken (1649–1712), printed at Haarlem by C.H. Bohn in 1767 with plates after Luyken by Cornelis van Noorde, aimed at devout Mennonite readers. The 84 small upright engravings set one or two figures in open landscape — a man with a spyglass, a burning house, a beating on a road — under skies of ruled hatching and radiating sunbeams, giving designers compact allegorical scenes, line-built light, and period peasant and traveller dress.
