Manual instruction: drawing
A teacher's manual on mechanical and geometrical drawing by S. Barter, published in London and New York by Whittaker in 1896 for manual-training classes in schools. The plates give line-drawn plans, elevations and sections of timber joints, with isometric blocks, dotted construction lines, dimension arrows, hatched cuts and ragged broken-off wood ends usable as diagram parts.
