La casa fiorentina e i suoi arredi nei secoli XIV e XV
A scholarly Italian study of the Florentine house and its furnishings in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, written by Attilio Schiaparelli and published in Florence by Sansoni in 1908 for art and architectural historians. The plates are coarse halftones after frescoes and panel paintings, used as evidence for domestic settings: vaulted and coffered rooms, arcaded loggias, benches, chests, beds and tableware, with figures grouped in deep perspective interiors.
