Later magic, with new miscellaneous tricks and recollections of Hartz the Wizard
A conjuring manual by Professor Hoffmann (Angelo Lewis), published in New York by E. P. Dutton in 1911 for stage magicians and amateur performers learning sleights and apparatus tricks. The figures are small ink line engravings with hatched shading and lettered reference keys: hands gripping tumblers, folded paper, funnels, suspended gimmicks, each isolated on the page and usable as instructional spot art or diagram fragments.
