The new country church building
A 1917 planning manual by rural sociologist Edmund de S. Brunner, issued in New York by the Missionary Education Movement to guide country congregations building churches. Its plates are line-drawn architectural floor plans and elevations, labeled in hand lettering, showing auditoriums with curved pew banks, gymnasiums, parlors and class rooms; useful for hatched wall patterns, plan silhouettes and draftsman's lettering.
