Newton's Principia, sections I, II, III, with notes and illustrations. Also a collection of problems
A student edition of the first three sections of Newton's Principia, edited with notes, illustrations and problems by Percival Frost and published by Macmillan at Cambridge and London in 1863 for university mathematics candidates. The figures are line-engraved geometric diagrams: orbits and arcs cut by radii from a focus, inscribed triangles, tangents and chords, all lettered in serif capitals and italic minuscules.
