A new treatise on the practice of navigation at sea : containing all the details necessary to enable the mariner to become a good practical navigator.
A practical navigation manual by William Thoms, printed for the author in New York in 1902 and sold through the nautical instrument firm John Bliss & Co. for working mariners.
