A 1918 trade handbook and buyer's index issued by the National Association of Cotton Manufacturers in Boston for mill owners, superintendents and machinery buyers. Engravings and halftones show carding, spinning and warping machines in side elevation, rows of frames on mill floors, belt drives, motors and a sectioned boiler, useful for machine silhouettes, gear and pulley detail, and industrial interiors.
