Studio international
Studio International, an illustrated art periodical begun in London in 1893 and issued for artists, designers and collectors of contemporary painting, printmaking and applied design. Its plates run to landscape etchings and pen drawings, halftone reproductions of hazy tonal paintings, street and harbour scenes with figures, and loose sketchbook pages of carriages and crowds, offering line textures, soft grey washes and figure groups for collage and reference.
