HEPPEL ROTARY PUMP. —Fourmngs are jointed concentric with the cylindricali shell. A disc and shaft are set eccentric to thecylindrical shell. The wings are linked to theeccentric disc as shown, so that the wings on theupward stroke move faster than the wings movingdownward on the opposite side.
