Have the yarn in front of a stitch and over the left hand needle. Put right hand needlethrough the stitch from right to left, yarn around needle from left to right and pull througha stitch. Drop stitch on left hand needle and purl another stitch. SLIPPING A STITCH … Pass the stitch over from left to right without knitting it.
