A monthly trade journal for architects, builders and contractors on the Pacific Coast, published in San Francisco from 1905 by the Architect and Engineer Co. Halftone photographs and measured drawings record commercial blocks, schools and public libraries in brick, terra cotta and cast stone, giving designers plain building elevations, window-bay grids, cornice and pilaster details, and construction-site views.
