The aviation pocket-book for 1918; a compendium of modern practice and a collection of useful notes, formulae, rules, tables and data relating to aeronautics
A 1918 London reference annual compiled by Richard Borlase Matthews and issued by Crosby Lockwood for aircraft engineers, draughtsmen and wartime aviators, gathering formulae, tables and data on aeronautics. Its figures are small line drawings: aeroplane plan, side and front silhouettes with dimension arrows, propeller and undercarriage details, and rib and bracing diagrams useful as technical-diagram stock.
