Colle
Satirical sketches by the Alsatian caricaturist Hansi (Jean-Jacques Waltz), published in Paris in 1916 as the collected writings of an invented German professor and his daughter, aimed at French readers during the war. Pen drawings use dense hatching and outline to build standing figures — spiked helmets, capes, knapsacks, street crowds — usable as cut-out character silhouettes and crowd backdrops.
