Standards and conventions for mechanical drawing
A 1921 manual of mechanical drawing standards compiled by Frank Roy Kepler for the Detroit Board of Education, issued as instruction for drafting students and shop draftsmen. The plates are line drawings of machine parts in plan, elevation and section, with dimension lines, arrowheads, fraction callouts, centre lines and diagonal hatching over a tinted ground; useful for technical linework, measurement notation and hatch patterns.
