Thomas Sheraton's pattern and instruction book for London cabinet-makers and upholsterers, printed by T. Bensley for W. Baynes in 1802, teaching perspective, geometry and fashionable furniture design. Engraved plates show chair backs, table plans and bed cornices in line and light wash, with lattice splats, reeded columns, husk swags, fans and small figural panels usable as ornament motifs and frames.
