Descriptive geometry
A 1918 McGraw-Hill textbook of descriptive geometry by William L. Ames and Carl Wischmeyer, written for American engineering students learning orthographic projection. The 65 line diagrams show circles, squares and triangles projected across horizontal and vertical planes, with dashed projectors, ground lines, small hatched arcs and italic letter labels — a stock of sparse geometric linework and annotation marks.
