Low cost homes.
A house-plan catalogue issued by the lumber and millwork firm Geo. T. Thompson Sons of Canandaigua, New York, offering small single-family designs to prospective builders and home buyers in the early twentieth century. The plates are line-drawn floor plans in heavy black wall poché, with rooms labelled and dimensioned in hand-lettered capitals, swing arcs for doors, hatched stair runs and fixture symbols for range, tub and toilet, giving designers ready-made architectural diagram elements and lettering.
