Some hints on learning to draw
A drawing manual by G. W. Caldwell Hutchinson, with a preface by Frederic Leighton, published by Macmillan in London and New York in 1893 for art students and amateurs. Line diagrams work through perspective of boxes, discs and arches with lettered points and dotted construction lines, alongside reproduced pen-and-ink sketches of buildings and figures for copying.
