Dental and oral radiography : a text book for students and practitioners of dentistry
A 1916 dental textbook by James David McCoy, published by C. V. Mosby in St. Louis for dentistry students and practitioners learning early X-ray technique. The plates are halftone reproductions of dental radiographs: pale grey roots and jawbone against black fillings and inky blots, framed by rounded film edges, useful as abstract tonal masses, silhouette shapes and grain texture.
