Henry and Hora's modern electricity; a practical working encyclopedia
A practical encyclopedia of electrical engineering compiled by James Henry and Karel Jan Hora, published by Laird & Lee in Chicago in 1915 for tradesmen, wiremen and self-taught students. The 146 figures are line-drawn diagrams: field magnets with hand-drawn coil windings, telephone and bell circuits with lettered call-outs, lamp-and-resistance wiring schematics, and labeled apparatus sketches, useful as technical linework, circuit symbols and diagram lettering.
