United States. National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, United States. National Aeronautics and Space Administration · 1915 · Washington : G.P.O. · 295 pictures

Technical report series of the U.S. National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, printed by the Government Printing Office in Washington from 1915 for aeronautical engineers and researchers. The plates are wind-tunnel test sheets: ruled grids carrying lift, drag and center-of-pressure curves, airfoil outlines drawn at top, and typewritten data columns and captions naming section, model size and wind velocity — usable as ready-made engineering chart backgrounds, curve sets and technical lettering.
