The 203 halftone plates are long interior views down glazed erecting shops and boiler shops, overhead travelling cranes, riveted lattice girders, and locomotive and shipyard machinery, offering repeating truss geometry, roof glazing grids, and deep one-point perspectives in soft grey tone.
