A two-volume architectural history by the English architect Sir Thomas Graham Jackson, published by Cambridge University Press in 1915 for students, architects, and antiquarians comparing Gothic building in France, England, and Italy. The plates are the author's own pen-and-ink line drawings of nave bays, triforium arcades, window tracery, capitals, and cutaway rib vaults, many with lettered keys, offering clean contour-and-hatch construction diagrams and repeatable arch motifs.
