Byzantine and Romanesque architecture
A two-volume architectural history of Byzantine and Romanesque building by the English architect Thomas Graham Jackson, published by Cambridge University Press in 1913 for students and practising architects. Jackson's own pen sketches record nave bays, arcades, vaults and carved capitals in fine hatched line, with measured elevations, labelled dates and detail studies set beside the larger view.
