Wightwick, George · 1887 · London, Lockwood · 88 pictures

A professional manual by English architect George Wightwick, issued in London by Lockwood in 1887, addressed to students, articled pupils and newly practising architects, with a model building specification. The figures are small line-engraved construction details in section — cornices, sills, skirtings, stair strings and joinery joints — drawn with hatched cut material, lettered reference points and plain outline profiles.
