Essentials of mechanical drawing
A 1917 Macmillan textbook by Leslie John Smith teaching mechanical drawing to American secondary and technical school students. The plates are line drawings on tan stock: dimensioned orthographic views, sections and isometric projections of joinery, brackets and small wooden structures, with arrowed extension lines, fraction callouts and hatched cut faces useful as technical-diagram ornament or drafting-style borders and rules.
