Flat machine knitting and fabrics
A technical manual on flat knitting machines and the fabrics they produce, written by Horace Davis Buck and published in New York by Bragdon, Lord & Nagle in 1921 for mill hands, fixers and textile students. Coarse halftone photographs of machine frames carry lettered leader lines, alongside line-engraved perspective diagrams of needle beds, cams and gearing usable as industrial line art.
