Book of plans / Chicago House Wrecking Co.
A 1913 mail-order house-plan catalogue issued by the Chicago House Wrecking Company, selling stock cottage and bungalow designs with salvaged and milled building materials to American home builders. The plates are hand-lettered floor plans in heavy black wall-poché, with room names and dimensions, stair runs, porches, closets and swing-arc doors, useful as line diagrams, lettering models, or ready-made abstract black-and-white pattern.
