Book A-6 of one hundred homes
A 1915 mail-order catalogue from the Lewis Manufacturing Co. of Bay City, Michigan, offering one hundred precut kit houses to prospective American home builders. The plates are measured floor plans in black line: hatched wall poché, swing arcs for doors, stair runs with numbered treads, and room names with dimensions set in tight serif and italic lettering, useful for architectural line motifs, technical lettering, and grid-based pattern work.
