A 1913 engineering textbook on machine design by Charles Henry Benjamin and James David Hoffman, issued by Henry Holt in New York for mechanical engineering students. The 195 figures are outline line drawings of brackets, bearings, levers and linkages, with hatched sections, dimension arrows and letter labels, useful as clean technical diagram vocabulary and section-hatch patterns.
