Automotive industries
Automotive Industries was a Philadelphia trade weekly begun in 1899 and published by Chilton for engineers, manufacturers, and dealers in the motor and aircraft trades. The plates are line-drawn engineering sections through axles, clutches, valve gear, and gearboxes, with hatched cut metal, bolt heads, and captioned multi-view layouts useful as precise mechanical linework and texture fills.
