Steam engines, prepared in the Extension division of the University of Wisconsin
A 1919 McGraw-Hill correspondence text on steam engines, written by Edward Marvin Shealy for the University of Wisconsin Extension Division and aimed at working mechanics and engineering students. The 174 line drawings are sectional views of valves, cylinders, bearings and governors, with dense diagonal hatching marking cut metal—useful as ready-made technical patterns and hatched shape fills.
